Nice, typical farmhouse dating back to the 17 century, which has been carefully restored with original materials, located in the northern hills (195 m. above sea level) of Lucca with wonderful panorama, and surrounded by large grounds (230.000.000 m²) with olive groves, vine yards and woods with paths for walking & hiking. External space, in panoramic position with the pool ( 7x4m., deep 160/200 cm, open 01.05 – 30.09) w/ deck chairs, sun shades and pizza ofen. A washing machine (external room) and the pool is shared with the owner who lives in the upper floor. Guests have their own private external space with pergola, table, chairs and barbecue and may use gratis three mountain bikes. The last 1.200 m. of the road are not asphalted, and therefore not suitable for sport cars or lower cars. The owner who has 3 dogs, will close them upon request in a enclosure. Upon request and against payment the owner sells his wine.
