Ideal position to reach easily all art towns of Tuscany with numerous delicious restaurants, or the beaches of the Versilia. On the gr. floor, next to the staircase is a dryer shared between all guests. At app. 40 meters from the house away passes a local road with small traffic, the bus stop is app. after 50 meters.
