This well renovated country house, typical of the Garfagnana area, is situated in the hills (450 mts above sea level) and offers magnificent views of the valley of the river Serchio and the surrounding Apuan Alps. There is a large , 11 mts x 4,50 mts and 1,45 mts deep infinity swimming pool with deckchairs, table , chairs and gazebo for the exclusive use of clients which is cleaned every Wednesday morning and is open from the 1st April until 15th October. Small glassy cottage with jacuzzy (2.30 x 2,30 m.) w/ warm water for max. 6 people; useable also in winter time. Excellent base to explore by food or mountain bike the surrounding hills. Upon request and payable directly to the owner there is a baby sitter available and extra cleaning. There is also a cook available for lunch or dinner at extra cost.
