These small house (ANNA) and apts. in the villa (GIULIA & GINEVRA ) are to be found in the grounds of an ancient and characteristic hamlet situated between Lucca and Pisa. There is a large swimming pool (12 mts by 6 mts and 1.40 mts. deep which is open from 1st of May until 30th of September), deckchairs and barbecue which are shared between the two properties. In the villa there are also two bedrms. each sleeping three persons, which the owner rents out directly and the guests from these rooms also have to use the swimming pool and barbecue. The owner of this establishment also has a nearby restaurant and offers his clients a 10 % discount off the listed menu prices. Each apt. has it’s own private space outside with chairs and table for al fresco meals.
